Brian & Tabitha Hauser

Brian and Tabitha Hauser work with CMF in West Africa to start a disciple making movement among the Jula. The Jula are an ethnic group who are 99% Muslim and have been resistant to the gospel historically. With their team, Brian and Tabitha announce the gospel through Chronological Bible Storying.

They build relationships in the community and demonstrate Christ’s love through CHE (Community Health Evangelism) and agricultural development like “Farming God’s Way.” Due to security issues in their region over the last few years, we have recently moved from a village setting to a large city and are currently building a new network through teaching short courses in public schools (Creation Care, English, Girl’s Health) and following up with families of students. We continue our village ministry from a distance while learning to adapt our CHE and agricultural development outreach to an urban context.

You can reach Brian at BrianHauser@cmfi.org or (765) 407-1548

They invite you to join their private Facebook prayer group (Pray4Jula) for weekly prayer updates.

Email Brian to be admitted to the prayer group and/or to receive our periodic e-mail updates.

Jeff & Laura Wilhoit

Pioneer Bible Translators exists to disciple the Bibleless, mobilizing God’s people to provide enduring access to God’s Word. Our vision is to see transformed lives through God's Word in every language.

Jeff and Laura Wilhoit worked alongside the Toma people of Guinea, West Africa and completed a translation of the whole Bible in the Toma language. They partnered with Faith Comes By Hearing to produce a dramatized audio Toma New Testament. The Wilhoits continue to serve as advisors for the Toma in Scripture Impact and literacy. They are working with other people groups to use the Toma Bible as a base for Bible translations in related languages. Laura is a translation consultant for teams translating the Bible in other languages.

Jeff serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Operations Officer, and Global Security Advisor. His primary responsibility is implementing the vision and strategies of Pioneer Bible Translators. Jeff’s many roles include providing leadership to the IT and support services departments, developing partnerships with other organizations to accelerate the task of Bible translation, providing security advice and training for teammates, and overseeing construction of a new building on Pioneer Bible’s Dallas campus, from which the next generation of Bible translators is being recruited, trained, and sent to start and finish 300 translation projects by 2050.

Vida Nueva Ministries

Vida Nueva Ministries.jpg

We exist to assist the people of Mexico in developing and cultivating a personal relationship with Jesus and operate practical programs that help build a relationship bridge with people so that the love of Christ can be shared and His salvation received. The programs and methods we use will change as conditions change, but the message of salvation and hope found in Jesus Christ will never change.

As an independent Christian ministry and not a social agency, our programs are designed for practical positive impact toward physical, social, moral need, and do so in order to nurture the affected individual’s or community’s receptiveness to learning more about the Savior in whose Name these needful actions are done. Everything we do is designed to enhance opportunities to address the eternal, spiritual needs of the individual.

Vida Nueva directs such ministries as food distribution, health care, child care, education, worship, recreation, vocational skills training, church planting and church leadership development programs. All of these programs serve to connect people with Christ so that He can bring them hope and freedom from the vicious cycle of poverty and spiritual emptiness from which many suffer.

As God leads and provides, we will expand our programs and grow our ministry in order to reach as many of the Mexican people as possible.

Jorge & Diana Lugo

God has given us a mission to plant churches in Venezuela, and with this vision He’s given us a movement of multiplying disciples. We have been able to train new believers in discipleship since 2007, when we returned to Venezuela after I (Jorge) graduated from Cincinnati Christian University. I am from Caracas and became a Christian through the ministry of the Dye family.  In fact, I married Diana Dye, the daughter of the missionaries. Now we all serve together on a team. Our eldest son Joshua is in college in the US, and our other son Jacob serves with us.

Our main objective has been to announce the good news, plant churches, and make disciples who make disciples. We have been providing church planting training and discipleship tools (such as Zume courses, Jonathan Training, and Kairos). In recent years our family has been able to meet physical needs of people living in desperate times because of faithful prayer partners and financial support. We have been holding Bible studies in the prison, providing basic supplies and simple meals to neighborhoods, and bringing hope and help to orphans. We study the book of Romans with people who are just starting to learn about God, and it’s an honor to baptize new believers. Through our small acts of obedience over the years and in conjunction with wonderful teammates, hundreds of people have experienced the love of Jesus in Caracas, and thousands of people have been born again because of our partners who enable this ministry.  New churches are rising up in Venezuela, and new leaders are stepping forward in faith.

We will continue to prepare and send missionaries who are doing great things in unreached territories in Venezuela where there are indigenous populations and in unreached countries around the world. It’s our privilege to serve the Lord in this way.

We love you

Jorge and Diana

Fanuel Mashoko

Fanuel - Zimbabwe.jpg

Fanuel is an identical twin to his brother Francis, born and raised in the Mashoko area 51 years ago. His dad was a teacher in the local village schools circuit. Fanuel and his twin became Christians at a young age, but became passionate about their faith at High School at Mashoko. They met Dereck Mushayamunda at Mashoko High School were they were all very active in the students’ Preachers’ Club, and would travel into the surrounding villages at the weekends to preach. Dereck as a one time  leader of the Preachers Club  was instrumental in recruiting the ‘twins’ and several other guys for bible training at Zimbabwe Christian college in the capital in Harare. After the three year program, the twins came to the United States to do a degree program with a major in Bible at the then Kentucky Christian College in 1988. On their return to Zimbabwe, they taught in a rural Secondary School and thereafter at Zimbabwe Christian College where Fanuel rose to the position of Vice Principal. After about eight years at the College Fanuel and his family moved to Botswana, a neighboring country west of Zimbabwe where he served as a missionary.

On his return to Zimbabwe in 2010, Fanuel joined Mushayamunda Christian Development Trust where he serves as the administrator and lead minister. Besides his administrative functions, Fanuel has been the point minister for Mukanga Church of Christ for 18 months now. He has also acted as the point chaplain mentor at Mukanga Primary and Secondary schools, and currently serves at Odzi Primary and Secondary Schools.
